Our house-made pasta salad started out as simply a "side" with our sandwiches, but it's SO good, that customers begged to have it available on it's own! Penne pasta is tossed with black olives, bell peppers, Parmesan cheese, and red onion...but what makes it "Sauced-style" is that we add a dollop of our homemade Pesto and our dreamy Balsamic Glaze to the mix. It's seriously delicious!
